Cancellations

Life happens, and sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your breathwork session, please give at least 24 hours' notice.

• More than 24 hours' notice - no charge

• Less than 24 hours' notice - may incur a booking fee or be charged up to the full session fee

• No-shows - charged the full session fee

This policy helps respect both your time and mine and allows others the opportunity to book in your place.

Refunds

If I need to cancel or reschedule a session, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer your payment to another appointment.

For prepaid packages, refunds may apply only to unused sessions and may be adjusted to reflect any sessions already used at their standard individual rate.

Private group sessions, venue-based sessions, and corporate bookings may be subject to separate cancellation terms, including any non-refundable venue hire or travel costs.

If exceptional circumstances arise, please get in touch as soon as possible and I will consider the situation with care and fairness.
