About Rebecca.
My story is not uncommon. By many measures, I was successful: I had built a thriving career in the fashion industry entailing regular international travel, raised two busy children, stayed active, and maintained a full social life. But underneath it all, I was burnt out, exhausted, and still striving for more.
Eventually, I realised it was time to step out of the busyness and find my way back to a less chaotic, more grounded life - one where my nervous system could begin to reset.
That shift led me back to creativity, into an art practice, and into exploring modalities that could help me feel more centred and connected. I didn't know exactly what I was looking for, but I knew I wanted something natural, grounded, and effective - a practice that could help me become more aware of old patterns, release what I was holding, and live with more presence, clarity, and ease.
Breathwork was that practice for me.
I am a Reiki practitioner and a HineHau BreathWav facilitator, a training accredited globally by the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM).
This kaupapa draws on Te Ao Māori foundations and contemporary facilitation practices, supporting wellbeing through connection with all aspects of ourselves:
Hinengaro – connection with the heart and mind
Tinana – connection with the body
Wairua – connection with spirit
Whenua - connection with the land
Whanau - connection with others
My approach is grounded, compassionate, and trauma-aware. I aim to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and able to meet yourself honestly, at your own pace.
I offer in-person breathwork sessions in Auckland, including one-on-one sessions, group workshops, and workplace wellness sessions.
Whether you're completely new to breathwork or looking to deepen your practice, you'll be supported with care, integrity, and heart-centred guidance so you can feel resourced, grounded, and fully present in the experience.
This practice is a way to come home to yourself - to feel better, live more fully, and reconnect with what matters most.
